How to develop happier customers!
Your customers are one of the most important drivers of profit in your business.
Your strategies in this area will help you to leverage your entire business. For instance, increasing the level of customer satisfaction may increase the amount of referrals. It may convince your customer to buy more of your product or service or pay a premium price.
Happy customers often lead to happy employees as employee morale is affected by this social interaction.
All tools in the Mini MBA Program have two forms. One tool contains a sample answer and the second is a blank form that is ready to be "filled in". Our Business Coaching has access to these and many other profit improvement forms, templates and tools.
In each coaching update we look at a different area. We suggest that you work with our Business Coaches to improve your business.
How to use this coaching tool.
There are two diagrams below. The first diagram is a simple guideline of some of the answers or strategies that you might develop in this particular area. The second diagram is a blank template that you can use to fill in your answers. We have deliberately kept the information and explanations to a minimum to focus on the "how to" form. Our business coaches can act as a mentor partner leading you through these profit improvement strategies.
You might consider some of the following:
- Updating your business plan and re-evaluating your direction.
- Conducting a one on one workshop with our coach and brainstorming in this area.
- Conducting a company brainstorming or workshop.
- Ask our coach to implement what you already know you should be doing.
